Special safety construction scheme for suspension bridge (traffic cableway bridge) project
Meteorology is the most extensive and prominent factor affecting geological disasters. The climate of the project area is subtropical, humid and rainy, with no severe cold in winter and no intense heat in summer. The area has abundant rainfall and heavy rainfall intensity. According to the data of Baoxing Meteorological Station, the average annual rainfall is 1015mm, the measured maximum annual rainfall is 1526.0mm, the measured maximum daily rainfall is 125.6mm, and the maximum three hour rainfall is more than 100.0mm; From north to south, the rainfall shows a trend of gradual increase: the maximum annual rainfall measured at Lingguan Rainfall Station is 1726.5mm, and the maximum daily rainfall measured is 158.0mm. The rainfall distribution is very uneven. More than 75% of the rainfall is concentrated in June, July, August and September, and there is a trend of increase in recent years. The region was seriously affected by the "4.20" earthquake. The mountains were broken, the rainfall was abundant and concentrated, and the rainstorm intensity was relatively high, which provided sufficient water resources for the formation of flash floods, debris flows, and landslides. As a result, large-scale landslides and debris flows occurred in Baoxing, Lushan, and other places, causing road interruption.
