[Gansu] Construction organization design of small hydropower station
The cascade II hydropower station project is located in the flood plain on the east bank of the Heihe River Ganzhou section, starting from the flood embankment in the south and ending at the Zhangsu Highway in the north. The hydropower station project is of channel diversion type, which draws water from the end of the tailrace channel of the power station and the intersection of the main electric diversion channel. The tailrace flows into Heihe River at 630m upstream of Heihe Bridge on the provincial highway 213. The design flow is 24.0m3/s, the design head is 30.64m, the total installed capacity is 6000 kw (3 × 2000 kw), and the annual power generation after the completion of the power station is 21.84 million kwh, The secondary hydropower station is located in the flood plain on the east bank of Ganzhou section of the Heihe River, starting from the flood embankment in the south and ending at Zhangsu Highway in the north. The hydropower station project is a channel diversion type, which draws water from the end of the tailrace channel of the power station and the intersection of the main electric diversion channel. The tailrace flows into Heihe River at 630m upstream of Heihe Bridge on the 213 provincial highway. The design flow is 24.0m3/s, the design head is 30.64m, the total installed capacity is 6000 kw (3 × 2000 kw), the annual power generation after the completion of the power station is 21.84 million kwh, and the comprehensive annual utilization hours are 3634 hours. It is estimated that the total investment is 45.15 million yuan. The main works of the power station are mainly composed of six parts: intake gate works, diversion canal, forebay, penstock, powerhouse, tailrace, etc. Considering that the power station is built in the flood plain of Heihe River, a 4.75km long flood dike is built on the left bank of the power station. According to the Classification and Flood Standard of Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering (SL252-2000), this project is a Grade V small ⑵ project, and the main buildings are designed as Grade 5 buildings. The plant area is designed for a 30-year flood and checked for a 50-year flood. The project is planned to start in March 2009 and complete in August 2010, with a total construction period of 18 months.
