This document is a complete set of drawings for water supply and drainage design of Meilin Business Apartment Project (covering high-rise residential buildings and commercial buildings)
The Yujin Mansion project is located in Shenzhen. The business apartment building has 31 floors above the ground and 3 floors underground (the first floor underground is a semi basement). Among them, the first and second floors are for business, the third floor is for overhead greening, and the fourth floor and above are for business apartments. The total construction area of the project (including the basement) is about 31771.26 square meters, the underground construction area is 6324.61 square meters, and the total height of the building is 98.9 meters. The civil air defense is located on the second underground floor.
Water supply and drainage design scope: water supply and drainage and fire water supply design within the red line of building land.
Indoor domestic water supply
System overview: the vertical division of water supply is divided into 4 zones.
Zone I: the municipal water supply network directly supplies water from the basement to the ground floor;
Zone II: from the second floor to the twelfth floor, the water is supplied by the variable frequency speed regulating pump set in the low area;
Zone III: 13th~22nd floors, supplied by the frequency control pump in the middle area;
Zone IV: 23rd to 31st floors, supplied by the variable frequency speed regulating pump in the high zone;
The overpressure floor uses the pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure of water supply, the household water meter is installed in the pipeline well of each floor, and the ultraviolet sterilizer is installed on the main outlet pipe of the frequency control pump.
