[Guizhou] Waterproof construction scheme for basement of exhibition center with frame shear wall structure
Overview of waterproof design of the project The underground waterproof grade of c1 Conference Center is Grade I, and there are three waterproof measures for fortification, namely 30mm 1:2.5 waterproof cement mortar, 3mm thick polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and concrete self waterproof (C30 P8 impermeable concrete is used for the external wall and bottom plate). The specific parts of the underground structure of the project that need waterproof treatment are: basement foundation slab Pile foundation cushion cap and its pile head, around the lower column pier, basement exterior wall, basement roof, basement sump, elevator shaft, etc. According to the different construction positions, the waterproof methods are slightly different, and the main methods are as follows: the waterproof method of the bottom plate: 100 thick gravel cushion (particle size 20~40) → 100 thick C15 concrete cushion → 30 thick 1:2.5 waterproof cement mortar → 3mm thick polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material → 25 thick 1:2.5 cement mortar protective layer → reinforced concrete bottom plate self waterproof. Side wall: reinforced concrete side wall structure is self waterproof → 25 thick 1:2.5 waterproof cement mortar → 3mm thick polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material → 30 thick polystyrene foam board protective layer → plain soil is compacted and backfilled layer by layer
