System overview Air conditioning and heating water system The air conditioning water of this project is a four pipe differential closed circulation system, and the system pipeline is mainly steel pipe, supplemented by heating concealed PB pipe and copper pipe for connecting the internal and external units of the air conditioner. In summer, the air conditioning refrigerant is provided with chilled water by three chillers installed in the refrigeration room on the second floor underground, and the system cooling water is provided by three cooling towers installed on the roof of Block B for the chillers. After heat exchange by the air conditioning units in the system, the refrigerant is supplied to each use part. In winter, the cooling tower provides chilled water for the air conditioning of the building with water water heat exchangers. The heating source in winter is municipal steam, which is divided into 7 systems according to the functions and high and low zoning conditions. The plate heat exchanger is used for heat exchange to provide hot water for heating. Due to the influence of the structure height on the pressure of the water system, the equipment floor is set on the 17th floor of Block B and the 32nd floor of Block A. Heating, air conditioning and ventilation system: the air conditioning in the middle hall of the commercial part of the building adopts the full air system, and the rest uses the fan coil unit plus fresh air system to ensure sufficient fresh air volume in each area of the building. The outdoor fresh air is pretreated or directly enters the air conditioning box and mixed with the return air, and is sent to the air conditioning area after heat exchange through the coil system, while the merchants Apartments and restaurants shall be air-conditioned and arranged by the households themselves. In order to ensure the air quality, the air conditioning unit of this project uses ultraviolet sterilization equipment, and the power transformation and distribution room, communication room, elevator machine room, garbage room and other functional areas adopt independent ventilation and air conditioning mode. The whole system is equipped with environmental protection and energy conservation. Mechanical ventilation and smoke control system: central mechanical ventilation and air supplement system is set in the corridor of the apartment building, and mechanical ventilation is set in garage, equipment room, toilet and other areas to ensure air quality. Air conditioning power distribution system: including control cabinet installation, control cabinet wiring and equipment wiring of all air conditioning equipment. Air conditioning automatic control system: the automatic control system of this project conducts centralized monitoring and control of all central air conditioners and refrigeration stations in the building to make them operate reliably and economically. This automatic control system comprehensively controls the operation of water chiller, heat exchanger, air volume regulation system, fan coil, smoke control and other system equipment through monitoring, automatic control and interlock control of operating parameters.
