Design scope: central air conditioning and ventilation engineering design from the first floor to the 14th floor, basement smoke control engineering design, central air conditioning refrigerator room engineering design, staircase and front room pressurized air supply and smoke control design. Air conditioning system: the cooling load of air conditioning in this project is QL=1740KW, and the heating load of air conditioning is Qr=1500KW. The air-conditioning water system of this project adopts a double pipe system, in which the riser of system B is the same process as the down supply and down return, and the horizontal main pipe is the same process. The vertical pipe of system A is the upper supply and the lower return process, and the horizontal main pipe is the different process. The air conditioning system of fan coil unit plus fresh air is adopted for each floor of the air conditioner. The air conditioning fresh air system adopts a low-speed air duct air system. According to the different suspended ceilings, the air distribution adopts up supply and up return or side supply and up return. The air supply outlet adopts a double-layer louver air supply outlet, and the air return outlet adopts a single-layer louver air return outlet. In order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation, the air-conditioning side water system of the project adopts constant flow control, the water pipes of fan coil units and fresh air units are equipped with gate valves, and the fan coil units in the room are controlled by temperature controllers. Ventilation and smoke control system design: public toilets are equipped with room ventilators to meet the air exchange rate of>8 times/h. BLD-300 room ventilators are selected in the toilets and connected to the shaft with hoses System design of central air conditioning refrigerating machine room: two steam lithium bromide absorption refrigerating units are selected as refrigerating units, with a single refrigerating capacity of 872KW, and the supply and return temperature of chilled water is 7~12 ℃. The chilled water system of air conditioning adopts digital constant pressure unit, and the chilled water is replenished into the water system by the make-up pump after softening. For the cooling water system of air conditioning, an electronic water treatment device is set at the inlet side of the unit.
