Fuzhou Shangri La Hotel is located on the west side of the busy May Day Square in Fuzhou, opposite to the Great Hall of Fuzhou across Guangda Road. KKS completed the architectural scheme design of the project. The building covers an area of 7728m2. The total building area is 57723m2, which is composed of the main building, podium building and auxiliary building. It is built according to the standard of five-star hotel. There are 418 hotel rooms. The external wall adopts full glass curtain wall. Seismic joints are set between the main building, podium building and auxiliary building, which are divided into three structural units. Among them, the main building has 26 floors above the ground, and the total height of the structure is 99m. There is one underground floor with a height of 6m. The first to fifth floors of the main building are public spaces such as the hotel lobby, shopping malls, conference centers, restaurants, fitness centers, service rooms, etc. The sixth to twenty sixth floors are hotel rooms, and the basement is a parking garage, equipment rooms, etc. Between the fifth and sixth floors, there is a technical floor for professional pipeline conversion of equipment. The main floor heights are 6.0, 5.0, 5.0, 5.5, and 4. Om, The transfer floor is 2.2m, and the standard floor is 3.28m. The standard floor of the main building is shuttle shaped, with a length of 70m and a short side length of 9-20m. The structural type of the main building is cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure: the foundation type is large-diameter cast-in-place bored pile. The pile diameter ranges from i000 to 1300. The bearing stratum is moderately weathered granite or slightly weathered granite, and the buried depth of the bearing stratum is about 34m.
