[Shaanxi] Construction organization design of casting workshop of a large industrial workshop
The project surface, north-south length: 254500, east-west width: 156400, height: 13000. Building area: 37448.96 ㎡, including plant area: 32855.54 ㎡, and auxiliary living room building area: 4593.42 ㎡. The A-G axis foundation of the powerhouse is stepped independent foundation with embedded bolts. The H-X1 axis is stepped and cup independent foundation with C30 concrete. 2m thick 3:7 lime soil cushion, locally deepened parts: ① 23-30/D axis foundation bottom elevation: -3.3m; ② 9-12/G: - 5m; ③ 13-15/G: -3.5 m; ④ 15-29/L: -6.5 m; ⑤ 9-10/V: -5.5m; ⑥ 14-17/V axis: - 4m. The exterior wall of the plant is 240 brick wall, 13 meters high, and the roof is 1.5 × 6 meters large concrete roof panel. The elevation of the reference point in the plant area is 346.3m (Yellow Sea elevation). The design service life of the main structure of the casting workshop is 50 years, the structural safety level is Level II, and the seismic fortification intensity is 8 degrees. The casting part of the main power house is of steel bent structure, the cleaning plant and sand treatment part are of portal rigid frame light steel structure, and the auxiliary room is of concrete frame structure. The seismic grade of concrete structure is Grade II, and the construction quality of masonry structure is Grade B. The steel structure foundation of the main power house is an independent foundation of columns, and the foundation is replaced with 2m thick 3:7 lime soil. The reinforced concrete foundation includes 700mm and 800mm thick foundation parts, 700mm and 1800mm high foundation short columns, and 600mm and 800mm high foundation beams. The steel column and foundation are connected by M42, M45, M48 bolts and 1450mm, 1950mm deep plug-in cup mouth. The roof purlin adopts hot-dip galvanized cold-formed thin-walled crimped C-shaped steel C220 × 75 × 20 × 2.5. The roof panel is 1.5m × 6.0m prestressed concrete roof panel. The roof panel is installed by three spot welding. The terminal water supply and drainage system is designed according to the use requirements. Indoor water supply, sewage and waste water and roof rainwater drainage facilities shall be provided. Fire compartment shall be set according to fire protection requirements. The fire water source is from the plant water supply pipe network and water supply station, and the fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system are set.
