Main material 1. Concrete (1) cement: high quality Portland cement with strength grades of 62.5, 52.5 and 42.5 shall be used, and the same type of cement shall be used for the slab beam of the same bridge. (2) Coarse aggregate: it shall be continuously graded, and crushed stone shall be produced by hammer crushing. The maximum particle size of crushed stone should not exceed 20mm to prevent difficult concrete pouring or uncompacted vibration. (3) Concrete: C40 is used for precast hollow slab, anchor sealing end, hinge joint, cast-in-place deck layer and end sealing concrete; When conditions permit, steel fiber concrete with good crack resistance, shear resistance and toughness can be selected for hinged joint concrete; Asphalt concrete is used for bridge deck pavement. 2. Ordinary reinforcement Ordinary reinforcement adopts R235 and HRB335 reinforcement, and the reinforcement shall comply with the provisions of Hot Rolled Plain Bars for Reinforced Concrete (GB13013-1991) and Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars for Reinforced Concrete (GB1499-1998). R235 reinforcement in the drawings in this volume mainly adopts two specifications with diameter of d=6 and 8mm; HRB335 reinforcement mainly adopts five specifications with diameter d=8, 10, 12, 14 and 16mm. 3. Prestressed reinforcement shall be low relaxation high strength steel strand with the standard value of tensile strength fpk=1860MPa and the nominal diameter d=15.2mm, and its mechanical performance index shall comply with the provisions of Steel Strand for Prestressed Concrete (GB/T5224-2003). 4. Other materials 1) Steel plate: Q235B steel plate specified in Carbon Structural Steel (GB700 － 1988) shall be used. 2) Anchorage: 15-3 and 15-4 series anchors and accessories are used; Circular metal bellows are used for prestressed pipes. 3) Bearing: plate rubber bearing can be used, and its material and mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of current national and industrial standards.
