Construction organization design of water supply project in the county
1、 Project introduction This project is a key project of our county to solve the domestic water problem in the new urban area. This project is located in the northwest of Jiaocun Community in the new urban area of the county. The construction content includes office building, clean water reservoir, water supply pump room and substation, chlorination room and its corresponding supporting facilities. The main building is of frame structure, the clean water reservoir is of frame shear structure, and the other works are of brick concrete structure. The total building area is 3768 m2 and 82 m2. The building engineering grade is Grade II, the design service life is 50 years, the building fire resistance grade is Grade II, the seismic crack resistance is Grade VI, and the roof waterproof grade is Grade II. 2、 Brief Introduction to Main Quantities This project includes building works and structures 1. The environmental category of the concrete structure of the clean water reservoir in this project: the indoor normal environment is I-B. Indoor humidity is classified as Class II. Open air part and I-B part in direct contact with water and soil. The environmental category of the concrete structure of the office building in this project: I-B for foundation, underground and soil direct contact and other exposed components. The safety level of the building structure of the project is Level II, the seismic fortification category of the building is Class C, the seismic fortification degree is 6 degrees, and the design basic seismic swing acceleration is 0.05g. The design earthquake group is Group III, the site category is Class II, and the basic wind pressure of 50 year return period is 0.45KN/m2. Masonry construction quality control level is B. 4、 Hydrological and geological groundwater type characteristics: during the survey, the stable elevation of water level was 38.400-38.550M, and the designed anti floating water level was 40.200M. The project site is of medium soft soil, and the construction site is of Class II. The site belongs to the general section of building seismic resistance, suitable for the construction of the project, and belongs to the fourth season pore phreatic water type. Section III Method of transporting equipment, personnel and materials to the construction site I. Equipment and personnel conditions Since the construction site of the project is in Tai'an City and County, 1km away from the urban area of Tai'an City and County where the company is located, the transportation conditions are good. All personnel and mechanical equipment are in the urban area of Tai'an City and County where the company is located, and are transported to the construction site by truck from Foshan Street, Suchang Road. 2、 Material condition 1. Cement: the cement used in this project can be transported to the construction site by truck from Foshan Street, Suchang Road. 2. Sand: There are abundant and fine river sand in Daqing River where the project is located, which can be purchased nearby by truck. 3. Steel: all steel used in this project can be purchased from Laigang, Jigang or local suppliers. 4. Ordinary clay bricks: there are sufficient markets near the project and they can be purchased by vehicles. 5. Stones: There is a quarry near the project, which can be purchased nearby. 6. Water: the surface water level of the project site is relatively high and there is no underground pollution, so the water is taken from the wells drilled on site as the water for the project.
