Product use: Carton edgewise strength tester It is induced by a high-precision sensor, and the strength of the sample is displayed digitally through software analysis. Place the test fixture of the installed sample between the upper and lower pressure plates, and then apply the specified speed. When the lower pressure plate compresses upward, the load cell at the upper end of the upper pressure plate will feel the pressure, and convert the pressure into a voltage signal and send it to the display for analysis. At the same time, the pressure value is displayed on the strength display screen.
Requirements for ring pressure and edge pressure test:
A、 Ring pressing is used for corrugated core paper and kraft paper with thickness less than 1mm. The 152X12.7mm sample is placed in a circular container, and its vertical compressive strength is tested with this machine.
B、 Edge pressing is used for corrugated paper with a thickness of less than 8mm. The sample 100X25mm is placed under the 100X100mm pressing plate and fixed with two guide blocks. This machine is used to test the vertical compression strength in the vertical direction.
C、 It can be used with various accessories, and can test the bonding strength and flat compression strength of cardboard.
