1、 Executive standard of ball valve:

Before rotating the ball, loosen the kai wedge head, and the ball will return to its original shape, so that there is a small gap between the ball and the valve seat, which can reduce the friction and operating torque of the sealing surface.
3、 Installation of aluminum plastic pipe ball valve:
1. Screw the side cap on one end of the valve Kai and take out the snap ring.
2. Tap the removed side cap and snap ring into one end of the pipe in turn.
3. Please use the reamer rounding device to straighten, and then insert the serrated sealing end of the valve into the pipe with force, and tap one end of the side cap and snap ring all the way to the end; When inserting, be careful not to shift the sealing ring.
4. Connect and tighten the side cap and snap ring of Kai with the valve body again. When tightening, one wrench is stuck on the valve, and the other wrench is used to tighten the side cap until it is tightened.
