1、 Operation of ball valve: 1. Before operation, make sure that the pipeline and valve have been flushed. 2. The operation of the valve is completed according to the rotation of the actuator input xin da small belt valve rod: when it rotates 1/4 circle (90 °) in the positive direction, the valve is closed. When fan rotates for 1/4 turn (90 °), the valve Kai opens. 3. When the direction indicating arrow of the actuator is parallel to the pipeline, the ball valve is Kai open; When the indicating arrow is perpendicular to the pipeline, the ball valve is closed.
2、 Ball valve structure:
The sealing performance is good, but the load of the working medium borne by the ball is all transferred to the outlet seal ring. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the seal ring material can withstand the working load of the ball medium. When impacted by high pressure, the ball may shift. This structure is generally used for medium di pressure ball valve.
The ball of the ball valve is fixed and does not move after being pressed. All fixed ball valves are equipped with floating valve seats. The valve seats move under the pressure of the medium, making the seal ring tightly press on the ball to ensure sealing. Generally, bearings are installed on the upper and lower shafts of the ball, and the operating torque is small. It is suitable for valves with high pressure and da caliber.
In order to reduce the operating torque of the ball valve and increase the reliability of sealing, an oil sealed ball valve has also appeared. It not only injects special lubricating oil between the sealing surfaces to form an oil film, which not only enhances the sealing performance, but also reduces the operating torque, and is more suitable for high-pressure da caliber ball valves.
3、 Installation of PP-R pipe ball valve:
1. Remove the connecting nut, PP-R pipe flange and O-ring on the valve body.
2. Install the removed connecting nut onto the PP-R pipe in the original direction.
3. The PP-R pipe flange and the PP-R pipe are fused with a hot-melt device and then combined. After cooling, the O-ring is tapped onto the flange step of the PP-R pipe. After zui, the connecting nut is tightened with the valve body.
