The TH bucket elevator for vertical grain conveying is a kind of circular chain bucket elevator, which adopts mixed or gravity unloading and pull out loading. It is applicable to powdery, granular and small pieces of low abrasive materials, such as coal, cement, sand, fertilizer and grain, whose loose density is less than 1.5t/m3 and which are easy to pick out. The temperature of conveyed materials shall not exceed 250 ℃. TH bucket elevator has large conveying capacity, stable and reliable operation, long service life, and is designed to meet the standard of JB3926-85 Vertical Bucket Elevator. TH bucket elevator is a kind of chain bucket elevator. Compared with TD bucket elevator, the bearing part of the hopper is the chain, replacing the original belt drive. Forged ring chain is used as traction component, and mixed or gravity unloading is adopted during operation. The lifting height is 4.5m-40m, and the bucket width is 160-1250.
