Coffey brand KOFIFLOW series magnetic induction valve responder (SLS-J90-2W/ALS-200D) uses passive electronic switch element reed tube as the main part, which is sealed in a closed plastic shell, and uses two sets of two-wire external leads. The default is normally open. As a line switch device controlled by magnetic field signal, it can be used as a sensor on the valve. It can be transmitted remotely by sensing the opening and closing states of the valve and converting them into electrical signals for feedback to the load equipment. The product adopts horseshoe shaped appearance design, double-sided circuit board, and gold plated foot type reed tube imported from Russia. The installation conforms to NAMUR standard and can be installed on conventional pneumatic actuators.

1. The default configuration list can be installed on the pneumatic actuator of normal size (size conforms to 30-80/H20mm);
2. The top mounting size of the pneumatic actuator is 30-80/H30mm, which requires two thickness plates and three clamping blocks separately;
3. The top mounting size of the pneumatic actuator is 30-130/H30mm, which requires a separate stainless steel mounting bracket and three blocks;

Wiring instructions of KOFIFLOW magnetic induction proximity limit switch:
The magnetic switch adopts four core cable lines, two groups of two position type, one group is red line RED and blue line BLUE by default, two groups are yellow line YELLOW and black line BLACK by default, and the positive and negative poles are marked according to the wiring diagram. When connecting power, load equipment shall be added, and two lines cannot be directly connected to the power supply.
Test description of KOFIFLOW magnetic induction proximity limit switch:
Test under normal no load condition: use a conventional multimeter (battery voltage is within 9V), turn to diode gear first, connect two pens to the corresponding line sequence, and align the magnetic induction cap to the corresponding group position. If the LED indicator light of the magnetic switch is on, the product is good.
Routine test under load: first determine whether the load equipment is complete, then connect the load equipment according to the wiring diagram, align the magnetic induction cap to the corresponding group position, and give the signal. If the LED indicator of the magnetic switch is on, the product is good.
