The flue gas after combustion of the burner is sucked back for secondary combustion. The internal circulation volume of flue gas will be directly increased from 15% of the previous burner to 30% now, eliminating the external FGR pipeline. Then the furnace temperature is evenly controlled at the appropriate temperature, so as to achieve the effect of low nitrogen combustion, which solves the problems of condensate corrosion and combustion safety caused by the use of FGR.
