SZHS series dual linear environmental protection screen It is a small environmental screening equipment developed by our company according to the environmental protection demand and the shortage of human resources. It is suitable for use in the process requirements with the processing capacity below 300t/h.
The vibrating feeder is integrated with the vibrating screen. The vibrating feeder is in the direction of the feed inlet and the screening is in the direction of the discharge outlet. Feed screening works in the same static sealing space. The vibrating source of the vibrating screen adopts two vibrating motors installed in parallel on both sides of the sealed screen box, which is simple in structure and convenient in maintenance.
The vibrating feeder has two vibrating motors that deliver materials to the screen surface of the vibrating screen under reverse rotation. Two parallel vibrating motors on both sides of the screen carrier shaft of the vibrating screen rotate in reverse direction to produce linear motion and grade the materials.
Structural advantages
1. The feeder is integrated with the vibrating screen, and the whole feeder is in the sealing body of the feeding end of the vibrating screen. The vibration source of the feeder is outside the sealing body. The rubber soft connection is connected with the sealing cover, which greatly saves the height space.
2. The vibrating feeder is placed inside the vibrating screen, which reduces the defect of dust overflow. The gate chute is directly inserted into the feeder at the feeding port of the vibrating screen, improving the environmental protection effect.
3. The whole screen mesh vibrates, and the screen wall does not participate in the vibration, reducing the vibration quality and the impact on the floor.
4. The vibration source is located outside the screen box, which is easy to disassemble and saves labor costs.

7. The feeding system is sealed at the feeding end of the vibrating screen. The materials from the ore chute blanking gate to the feeding port, to the vibrating screen and its upper screen discharge end blanking chute, and to the lower screen material to the blanking hopper and chute, all of which are hard connected and sealed. There is no dust overflow point, which can reduce the dedusting port of the screening system under the blast furnace slot, and further save the dedusting energy consumption of all vibrating screens, as well as the material and labor costs of environmental protection equipment maintenance.
