Working principle and structural characteristics: the working principle of the sine screen is the track generated by the circular motion of the diamond roller - Sine wave, the disturbance principle of sine wave makes the material layer on the castor (on the screen) disturbed loosely. The circular roller and diamond roller are organically combined to form the castor in the screen area to screen the materials. The implicit scraper is installed under each roller to remove the entanglement and adhesion on the disc, so as to keep the screen hole unobstructed. Two or more inclined round rollers and diamond rollers are used to form the screen body (screen plate), and the coal flow moves along the inclined screen body, so that the coal flow is evenly distributed on the screen plate, which is conducive to screening and avoids the occurrence of coal blockage, coal accumulation and hole blockage. The screening efficiency of the sine screen is 40% - 50% higher than that of other screening equipment when the screening area of the same mass and particle size is the same. It has the characteristics of large processing capacity, high screening rate and no vibration during operation. It can screen materials containing any moisture and viscosity without sticking, blocking, jamming and noise.
