Botou Shengfang Precision Casting Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Botou Tongxing Precision Casting Factory) was founded in 2007. It is located in Botou City, the hometown of casting in China, next to the 104 National Highway. The transportation is very convenient. After the improvement of enterprise environmental assessment A, the new factory has been put into use and passed the "ISO9001" quality management system certification. At present, there are more than 100 employees. The factory covers an area of 20000 ㎡, with an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of castings.
The company has casting and machining workshops, which have the advantages of large casting capacity and strong machining capacity. The casting workshop is equipped with five melting equipment of Baoding steel shell medium frequency induction furnace, molding machine, resin sand automatic recovery line, multiple shot blasting rollers and other molding and cleaning equipment. The material inspection and analysis equipment includes intelligent furnace front rapid analyzer, carbon sulfur rapid analyzer, tensile testing machine, automatic thermometer and metallographic microscope Analytical balance, etc. We can provide customers with one-stop service from model development, casting production to finished products processing.
Products and services
There are mainly four types of casting: resin sand, coated clay sand, aluminum die-casting, and cast steel, including engineering machinery, reducer, industrial pump, wind power generation equipment, automobile, railway accessories, and other ductile castings of various brands; Gray iron castings such as machine tool castings, cast iron flat plates, cast iron platforms, straight measuring tools, etc.
