Product use:
The drainage pipeline installed in the production plant of the petrochemical industry and the oil tank farm is controlled by the difference of buoyancy of the floating body in the medium, which plays the role of oil interception and drainage.
working principle:
According to the characteristics of different oil and water densities, the oil intercepting and drainage valve relies on the buoyancy difference of the buoy in the oil and water medium to achieve oil intercepting and drainage. When there is water in the desilting well and it reaches a certain height, the buoy floats up. The pressure relief valve can be opened with a small force through the lever, and the vent hole in the drain valve core can be opened. The water flows from the drain valve into the outlet bucket to achieve pressure reduction. The buoy continues to float up, and the drain valve is opened. The water flows from the drain valve into the outlet bucket to drain from the outlet bucket. When the medium in the desilting well is oil, the pontoon will sink, and the vent of the pressure relief valve core will be closed through the lever, thus closing the drain valve to prevent oil leakage.
When the weather is dry and there is no water in the sand chamber, the drain valve will automatically keep closed. When the medium of the drainage system in the oil tank farm is oil-water mixed state, the oil-water is stratified in the desilting well, the lower water is discharged by the drainage valve, and the oil is trapped in the desilting well, as long as the oil in the desilting well is collected. So as to realize the complete automation of oil interception and drainage in the oil tank farm.
