Exhibition procedures:
1. The exhibitor shall fill in the contract receipt, affix the official seal and fax it to the organizing committee of the conference.
2. The exhibition fee must be remitted to the account of the organizing committee within 3 days after the contract receipt is sent, otherwise the booth will not be reserved.
3. After remitting various expenses, the exhibitor shall fax the copy of the bank remittance slip to the organizing committee.
