The complete beneficiation equipment designed, produced and assembled by Guangxi Nonferrous Metals Group Huaxi Hechi Industrial Development Branch has recently been successfully equipped in the tailings recovery production system of Huaxi Group's circular economy. The technical transformation project of Shaping Concentrator of Huaxi Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. is an industrial chain of Huaxi's circular economy. It specializes in the comprehensive recovery and utilization of nonferrous metal tailings in the "Danchi" ore field, and is a circular economy construction project supported by the national industrial policy of "restructuring and promoting transformation".In the process of technological transformation, Hechi Industrial Development Branch actively pursued the principles of high quality, high efficiency, energy saving and cost performance, undertook the manufacturing and production of one ball mill and three graders, and quickly transformed the core technology of Huaxi's complete beneficiation equipment into the productivity of non-ferrous metal renewable resources. In the manufacturing process of Huaxi renewable resources beneficiation equipment, Hechi Industrial Development Branch organized production in strict accordance with the ISO9001: 2008 quality assurance system, used the low-carbon and environmental friendly "lost foam" new process to manufacture beneficiation equipment castings, and actively carried out the heat treatment technology research of "lost foam" casting products;Castings and riveted weldments shall strictly comply with GB/T 6414-1999, QB/JJJ13-89, GB 719-65 and the enterprise internal control standards superior to the national standard.Especially in the manufacturing process of manganese steel lining plate, the new process of "two-stage heat treatment - EPC - natural cooling" was creatively adopted, which greatly improved the technical content of wear-resistant castings of mining machinery. The service life of manganese steel lining plate produced by this method is more than three times that of conventional heat treatment;The grinding section independently developed by Hechi Industrial Development Branch can effectively reduce the consumption of grinding media and the amount of mineral crushing;When the grinding section and the built-in lining plate have been run in for about one month, the daily processing capacity can be further improved and optimized, which can effectively prevent the nameless loss of valuable metals.
