On January 9, the launch ceremony of the Tairui IKON three plate direct compression large die-casting machine was held in the global headquarters building of Tairui, and the IKON450 was officially launched.

At the event site, the upstream and downstream industry chain supporting enterprises in the die-casting industry, well-known experts in the die-casting field, Terui executives, Terui overseas guests, and members of the team of the Terui die-casting machine business department attended the press conference with friends from the media, to jointly witness the global debut of Terui IKON three plate direct compression large die-casting machine, which caused strong repercussions both inside and outside the industry. At the press conference, Zheng Jianguo, chairman of Tairui Machinery Co., Ltd., accurately summarized the original intention and vision of Tairui to enter the field of integrated die-casting with "favorable weather, favorable location and harmonious people".


In the face of the current demand trend of the automobile industry for large and super large integrated die-casting islands, the Chinese scheme of new energy automobile manufacturing is constantly refreshing new heights of intelligent equipment, which puts forward more stringent requirements for die-casting process and super large die-casting structural parts. Due to large product size, long filling stroke, large thickness difference and scattered important positions, structural parts have become one of the categories with higher production difficulty in the field of auto parts die-casting. However, for the processing equipment for producing structural parts, imported die-casting machines occupy most of the market.

At this release ceremony, Zhang Hongpeng announced the core highlight of IKON - SNP real-time control injection system.


It is understood that the system is equipped with a customized controller with a scanning frequency of 10000HZ, a SmartCast casting process system, a fifth order PID algorithm, a MCK large model self-learning algorithm, a BLC oil circuit system, a customized high response servo valve and a high-performance one-way valve. SNP real-time control injection system has a dynamic injection force of 40% more than the conventional one, and an ultra-high acceleration of 70G more than the conventional one. The speed, pressure, and position repetition accuracy are greatly improved compared with the traditional die-casting machine. At present, IKON three plate direct pressing mold closing system has obtained Chinese invention patent.


In addition, the clamping force of IKON clamping system is evenly distributed, and the deviation of the clamping force of Corinth is within 3%. Inorganic hinge structure, nearly life-long maintenance free, with automatic compensation function of clamping force, combined with specially formulated template materials, the service life of the mold closing mechanism is longer.


In general, IKON series large die-casting machines, with the advantages of no air hole injection, no flash molding, stability and durability, are excellent solutions for structural parts molding. It is reported that in this press conference, Tairui signed strategic cooperation agreements with Taicang Nanfeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Yingkou Huafeng Power Development Co., Ltd., Zhuhai Runxingtai Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Hongtu Technology Co., Ltd. Among them, the strategic signing covers the cooperation of super large die-casting islands with a capacity of more than 9000 tons.

In this release ceremony, Teri achieved the delivery ceremony of the first IKON. It is understood that the commissioning of the first IKON 450 has been completed in August 2023. It has passed the rigorous mold testing and small batch production of structural parts, and its performance and stability have met the design goals and requirements, which will open the door for future manufacturing of precision automotive metal forming of Suzhou Yadelin Co., Ltd.
