The structure of the upper cover of thin-walled shell aluminum casting and the defects of the metal mold gravity casting process were analyzed. The low-pressure casting process was used to design the low-pressure die, and a new method of the secondary ejection low-pressure die design for thin-walled shell aluminum casting was explored. The production cost and scrap rate were reduced, the labor strength was reduced, and the productivity was improved.
