CNTs/ZL114A composites were prepared by friction stir processing, and the best heat treatment process was determined by combining differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), metallographic structure (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mechanical property test. The results show that the best solution aging treatment process of the composite is 530 ℃ × 10h+165 ℃ × 5h. When the volume fraction of CNTs is 6%, the tensile strength of the composite reaches the peak value before and after heat treatment, and the strength of the untreated composite reaches 230MPa, 28% higher than that of ZL114A alloy base metal, The composite strength after T6 heat treatment reaches 330MPa.
