It is possible to get urinary tract infection when using antibiotics to treat pregnancy. The urinary tract infection during pregnancy can generally be divided into the following situations. First, asymptomatic bacteriuria. For example, the incidence of asymptomatic bacteriuria during pregnancy is as high as 4% - 7%. It often occurs in the first month of pregnancy, and as many as 4% of cases can progress to acute pyelonephritis. Therefore, it is suggested that urine culture examination should be carried out routinely for pregnant women in early pregnancy in order to find asymptomatic bacteriuria in time. At present, it is suggested that anti infection treatment should be taken for such patients, and antibiotics should be given for 3-5 days according to the drug sensitivity results. One of the following options can be selected: first nitrofurantoin; Amoxicillin; Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium. The second case is acute cystitis. It is recommended to give 3-5 days of antibiotics according to the results of urine culture and drug sensitivity test. If it is too late to wait for the results of drug sensitivity, furantoin, amoxicillin, the second or third class cephalosporins can be given for treatment. The third situation is acute pyelonephritis. The incidence of acute pyelonephritis in pregnancy is 1% - 4%, mostly in the late pregnancy. According to the results of blood culture, urine culture and drug sensitivity, intravenous infusion of antibiotics is recommended for treatment. If there is no time to wait for the drug sensitivity results, you can choose ceftriaxone or aztreonam, or piperacillin sodium tazobactam, or cefepime, or sleeping psychotherapy. After obvious improvement of clinical symptoms, oral antibiotics can be used for treatment, with a total course of treatment of at least 14 days.
