It is recommended to give 3-5 days of antibiotics according to the results of urine culture and drug sensitivity test. If it is too late to wait for the results of drug sensitivity, furantoin, amoxicillin, the second or third class cephalosporins can be given for treatment. The third situation is acute pyelonephritis. The incidence of acute pyelonephritis in pregnancy is 1% - 4%, mostly in the late pregnancy. According to the results of blood culture, urine culture and drug sensitivity, intravenous infusion of antibiotics is recommended for treatment. If there is no time to wait for the drug sensitivity results, you can choose ceftriaxone or aztreonam, or piperacillin sodium tazobactam, or cefepime, or sleeping psychotherapy. After obvious improvement of clinical symptoms, oral antibiotics can be used for treatment, with a total course of treatment of at least 14 days.
