There are many reasons for arrhythmia, such as sinus arrhythmia, which can occur in normal people, mostly in teenagers. It can also appear in patients with organic diseases. For example, atrial fibrillation also shows arrhythmia. Atrial fibrillation often occurs in patients with organic heart disease, mostly in hypertensive heart disease, coronary heart disease, rheumatic mitral stenosis, cardiomyopathy, and hyperthyroidism. Secondly, constrictive pericarditis, chronic pulmonary heart disease, preexcitation syndrome and aging can also cause atrial fibrillation, and some atrial fibrillation causes are unknown. It can be seen in normal people and can occur when they are emotional, surgical or heavy drinking. Atrial fibrillation occurs in middle-aged people without structural heart disease, which is called isolated atrial fibrillation or idiopathic atrial fibrillation, and such diseases as conduction block can also be manifested as arrhythmia.
