Treatment of lung tumor

Lung cancer can be divided into benign and malignant tumors. Here we mainly talk about the treatment of lung cancer. Lung cancer can also be divided into non small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer. If there is no operative contraindication in stage I, surgical resection shall be performed, and adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy shall be given after operation. Surgical resection is the first choice for stage II, including lobectomy, double lobectomy or pneumonectomy combined with systematic hilar and mediastinal lymph node dissection or sampling. Stage III is divided into two categories: resectable and unresectable. The comprehensive treatment mode involving multiple disciplines is the best choice for the treatment of stage III non-small cell lung cancer. Phase IV is a comprehensive treatment based on systemic treatment. The combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy for small cell lung cancer is the standard treatment for patients with localized small cell lung cancer, and chemotherapy is the first-line standard treatment for patients with extensive small cell lung cancer.
