Obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), also referred to as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), is a common disease that can be prevented and treated. It is characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms and airflow restriction, usually related to airway and alveolar abnormalities caused by significant exposure to harmful particles or gases. Pulmonary function examination is of great significance in determining airflow restriction. It mainly means that after inhalation of bronchodilator, the ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity is less than 70%, indicating the existence of continuous airflow restriction. The main symptoms of COPD patients are repeated cough, expectoration, asthma, and dyspnea, mainly labor dyspnea. The symptoms gradually worsen, accompanied by chest tightness, tightness of breath, and fatigue.
