The liver function test sheet generally includes glutamic pyruvate glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, alkaline phosphatase, GGT and other items. In general, patients should pay attention to glutamic pyruvate and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminases during physical examination to see if the transaminases are elevated. If the transaminase is elevated, it cannot be ruled out that the elevation of transaminase is caused by liver function damage and necrosis of hepatocytes. In addition, if the patient has increased bilirubin, especially for patients with total bilirubin higher than 34.2 μ mol/L, the skin and eyes of the patient can generally be found yellow by naked eyes. For such cases, we should consider that the patient is suffering from cholestasis due to obstructive factors, or jaundice due to necrosis of hepatocytes. For such cases, further patients need to find out the cause, and if necessary, further liver protection treatment and etiological treatment should be carried out according to the cause.
