Chloasma is a kind of spot that grows on people, especially on the face. It is really ugly. How can I remove it? What causes chloasma?
How to remove chloasma:
1. Potato face dressing
Potatoes are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidant elements, which have a good effect on the skin. Wash and slice potatoes and apply them directly on the face for 10-15 minutes.
2. Honey fresh royal jelly egg white pollen water
1 spoonful of honey, 1 spoonful of fresh royal jelly, 1 egg white, add some pollen and water to make a paste, and apply it on the face. After 30 minutes, wash it off with warm water, and then apply 1g of fresh royal jelly and a little glycerin evenly to the face, once a week.
Causes of chloasma:
1. Use low-quality cosmetics and skin care products
Many cosmetics on the market contain chemical elements that are harmful to the skin. If they are abused for a long time, they will damage the skin and form chloasma due to pigmentation. In particular, improper use of some whitening products will also lead to chloasma.
2. Endocrine disorder
Women's pregnancy, menstrual cycle disorder, and uncoordinated sexual life are likely to cause estrogen changes in the body. Estrogen can increase the formation of melanin and produce chloasma by removing the inhibitory effect of glutathione or sulfhydryl group on tyrosinase.
3. Heredity
Heredity is one of the causes of chloasma. Research shows that about half of patients with chloasma have family history, especially male patients, who suffer from chloasma because of family history.
4. Insufficient sunscreen measures
The generation of chloasma has a certain relationship with ultraviolet radiation, even with the radiation of computers and televisions. Ultraviolet rays act on the melanocytes of the skin and activate their functions, resulting in excessive production of melanin, which is deposited in the basal layer of the skin epidermis, causing the skin to appear pigment spots.
5. Stagnation of liver qi
Chloasma is caused by qi stagnation due to liver dysfunction, which leads to the disharmony of facial qi and blood, resulting in liver stagnation and qi stagnation type. The liver stagnation and qi stagnation form a spot when the face is fumigated due to liver stagnation for a long time.
