If there is heart failure, we must actively treat it. Arrhythmias also need treatment and prevention. In case of acute heart failure, immediate cardiotonic diuretic treatment is required. In case of malignant arrhythmia, even high atrioventricular block, pacemaker implantation may be required at this time. Cardiogenic shock may occur, and vasoactive drugs must be used.
