Antibiotic eye drops and corneal repair promoting drugs can be applied locally to promote the healing of corneal epithelium. Generally, it will recover soon after 24 hours. In case of corneal laceration, corneal suture should be carried out as soon as possible, and conjunctival and scleral laceration should still be the same. Emergency surgery should be carried out for debridement and suture of conjunctival and scleral laceration. If B-ultrasound or CT shows retinal detachment or vitreous hemorrhage in the eyeball, systemic anti infection and hemostasis treatment should be carried out after conjunctival and scleral laceration and suture. After 7-10 days, vitrectomy should be considered to save the maximum vision as soon as possible. In serious cases, eyeball enucleation can be considered.
