Cholecystitis is a common disease in general surgery. Acute paroxysmal cholecystitis can generally be treated conservatively by internal medicine. Through active infusion, represented by antibiotic cephalospores, general cholecystitis can be completely controlled. If it is completely out of control or suppurative cholecystitis has occurred, it is recommended to perform complete laparoscopic cholecystectomy. At present, laparoscopic cholecystectomy is minimally invasive. Basically, patients recover quickly after surgery, and it is difficult to achieve a complete cure of cholecystitis. After surgery, patients must pay appropriate attention to their diet, not eat spicy, greasy, high-fat diet, and form the habit of proper exercise after meals.
