Separation in ovarian cysts is a common phenomenon, which does not mean that it is ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer generally has not only a septum, but also nipples on the septum, and often the cyst wall has uneven thickening, or there are more obvious solid components in the cyst, these are the B-ultrasound manifestations of ovarian cancer. Separation alone generally does not mean that it is ovarian cancer, of course, whether it is ovarian cancer needs pathological examination finally. Surgical treatment is required. The resected material is sent to the pathologist for pathological examination. The pathologist can judge benign and malignant under the microscope. If it is a malignant tumor, the corresponding surgery and chemotherapy should be given to ovarian cancer. If it is a benign tumor, the tumor can be simply removed.
