Hepatolithiasis is a very common disease. There are three main reasons for the formation of hepatolithiasis: First, infection of the biliary system, including parasitic infection, bacterial infection, etc. 2、 Cholestasis is caused by diseases of the biliary tract itself, such as biliary stricture and congenital cystic cholangiectasis. 3、 The components in bile contain high cholesterol, and cholesterol crystals precipitate to form cholesterol stones or bile pigment crystals to form bile pigment stones. The symptoms of hepatolithiasis are closely related to the location of the stone. For stones above the third bile duct, there is generally no obvious abdominal pain. In the common bile duct or cystic duct, it is easy to show pain, chills, fever, obstructive jaundice in the right upper abdomen. For patients with hepatolithiasis, it is recommended to go to the hepatobiliary surgery department in a regular hospital for further examination and treatment according to different reasons. For patients with gallstones, a light diet with low cholesterol and fat is recommended, and spicy and stimulating food is not allowed.
