Lymphadenitis is nonspecific inflammation caused by acute and chronic inflammation involving lymph nodes in the drainage area of lymph nodes. Therefore, the symptoms of lymphadenitis in different parts are different: (1) For example, the infection of upper limbs, breast, chest wall, back and abdominal wall above the umbilicus causes axillary lymphadenitis; It will cause redness and swelling of lymph nodes in the axilla, tenderness and severe fever when pressing lymph nodes. (2) Inguinal lymphadenitis can occur due to infection of lower limbs, abdominal wall below umbilicus, perineum and buttocks; It will cause swollen lymph nodes in the groin area. Pressing the lymph nodes will cause tenderness and severe fever. (3) Infection of the head, face, mouth, neck and shoulder causes the lymph nodes under the jaw and neck to swell, accompanied by tenderness, and severely accompanied by fever. The treatment is generally caused by local infection with lymphatic drainage, mainly anti-inflammatory. If it is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, antituberculosis treatment can be carried out.
