For the treatment of malignant tumor of bile duct, the first choice is radical surgery. Different radical operations should be considered according to the location of malignant tumor of bile duct in patients. For example, for some patients with malignant tumors in the hilar bile duct area, resection of tumors in the hilar bile duct area should be considered, and local lymph nodes should be cleared, and then bile duct anastomosis or bilioenterostomy should be performed after bile duct reconstruction. In addition, for some patients with malignant tumors in the upper part of the bile duct, partial resection of the bile duct and lymph node dissection of the hepatoduodenal ligament should be considered, and then bile duct anastomosis should be carried out. In addition, for some patients, if there is a malignant tumor in the lower part of the bile duct, pancreaticoduodenectomy should be considered. During the operation, the distal stomach, duodenum, lower bile duct and pancreatic head of the patient need to be removed, and then pancreaticojejunostomy, bilioenterostomy, gastrointestinal anastomosis and enteroenterostomy are performed.
