1. Enter " opposite computer name" in "Start" - "Run". Note that the IP address of the other party cannot be entered here, because many places use dynamic IP instead of static IP. 2. After entering the other party's address, click OK or "Enter" to access the other party's shared printer, and then add it.
3. If we need a password to access the other computer, we need to save the account password when we first access it, so that we will not be offline. The method is to "middle click" the user account in the control panel“
4. Find "Manage your credentials" on the left and click
5. Find "Add New Credentials" in the right interface and click
6. Then enter the address, user name and password of the other party in the new page. The address here is also " the other computer name", the user name is the other computer name, and the password is the password set by the other computer. Then confirm to exit. After setting, your network printer will not be easy to go offline.
