Fundus examination of children needs fundus slit lamp microscopy, fundus microscopy, retinal oct, optic nerve microscopy, electroretinogram and computer optometry. Therefore, if the fundus of children is abnormal, they generally need to go to the ophthalmic clinic for naked eye vision measurement, and first judge whether the naked eye vision can meet the relevant age standards. If it cannot reach the standard, it requires further mydriasis optometry. Through mydriasis, the ciliary muscle can be fully relaxed, the true diopter can be exposed, and accurate refractive correction treatment can be given. Generally, frame glasses are often used for adaptive correction treatment, and the existence of amblyopia can be determined through the judgment of corrected vision. If the corrected vision is still not up to the standard, further amblyopia recovery training is required. Generally, fine sense stimulation training or multi spectrometer irradiation stimulation training are used. In addition, fundus oct, fundus angiography and other examinations are required to determine the cause of fundus disease.
