The etiology of chronic kidney disease, or chronic kidney disease, can be broadly divided into glomerular disease, tubular disease, hereditary kidney disease, and renal vascular disease. Among them, glomerular diseases are the most common and can be divided into primary glomerular diseases and secondary glomerular diseases. Primary glomerular disease refers to the primary pathological changes of the glomerulus. For example, IgA nephropathy is the most common disease in China. In addition, there can also be minimal change nephropathy, membranous nephropathy, and so on. Secondary glomerular diseases include renal changes secondary to systemic diseases, such as diabetes, tumor, lupus, and hepatitis B. These diseases may damage the kidney, and mainly damage the glomerulus. They are classified as secondary glomerular diseases.
