Third, the loss in storage is serious. The grain storage facilities of farmers are very simple, and they are vulnerable to insects, rats and molds.
The fourth is that the transportation link has a large loss and waste, and the grain is subject to rain, leakage, pollution and barbaric loading and unloading from time to time in the process of packaging, loading and unloading and operation. Fifth, the loss and waste of processing links increased. People are increasingly seeking refinement and whiteness in food consumption, resulting in the loss of a large number of nutrients needed by the human body in food processing, which is also a great waste of food. Sixth, there is widespread waste in consumption. A table of vegetables, a large part of which is poured into the garbage can; It is common to throw away half or whole steamed buns in the school dining room. From individuals and families to school canteens and restaurants, food waste is common, some even shocking.
