Lymph nodes are found all over the body around various organs and subcutaneous superficial tissues. The cervical lymph nodes belong to superficial lymph nodes. If there is multiple enlargement of lymph nodes in the neck, the first thing to do is to identify the causes of the enlargement. First, the more common causes are inflammation, and the more common causes of the neck are laryngitis, tonsillitis, and upper respiratory tract infection. If the swelling is caused by inflammation, the swollen lymph nodes will gradually disappear after 1 to 2 weeks of symptomatic anti-inflammatory treatment. Second, we should pay attention to the possibility of lymph node tuberculosis. If it is tuberculosis, we should take regular anti tuberculosis treatment. Third, relatively rare, such as lymphoma or metastatic tumor.
