In the decompensation period, the symptoms of patients will be very obvious, mainly abdominal distension, fatigue, poor appetite and other symptoms are aggravated, and symptoms caused by portal hypertension are also combined. There will be severe malnutrition, jaundice, bleeding, anemia, endocrine disorders, ascites, splenomegaly and other symptoms. Therefore, the treatment of liver cirrhosis needs to be actively targeted at the cause of disease. Through active treatment during the compensatory period, it may delay the development of liver cirrhosis into the decompensated period.
