Eczema or tinea pedis are common symptoms of itching and peeling feet. Clinically, a clear diagnosis and symptomatic treatment should be made according to the condition and characteristics of skin lesions. If it is caused by eczema, anti allergic treatment should be given. In case of itching, external ointment can be used to stop itching, such as mometasone furoate cream, hydrocortisone butyrate cream, etc. If necessary, antihistamines can be taken orally, and various causes of eczema can be avoided as far as possible. Tinea pedis is caused by dermatophyte infection and can be treated with antifungal drugs, such as miconazole cream, clotrimazole cream, and bifonazole cream. Adherence to use can achieve better results. Avoid scratching, hot water scalding and other external adverse stimuli to avoid aggravating the disease.
