The corns usually occur between the soles of the feet or toes, and are mainly caused by long-term local compression and friction. The treatment of corns can be divided into drug treatment and non drug treatment. In terms of drug treatment, common methods include corns ointment, salicylic acid ointment or salicylic acid collodion, and external application of Brucea javanica. 1. Take corn paste as an example. When we use it, we should first soak the affected part in hot water, cut off part of the thick cutin on the surface as much as possible, and then align the red part in the middle of the corn paste with the center of the corns. Generally, change the medicine once a few days or a week. When changing the medicine, remove the corroded, softened and whitened part, and then continue to use the medicine until the whole corns damage falls off. 2. The use of salicylic acid collodion is also similar to that of corn paste. First, protect the surrounding skin, cut a small hole with a rubber paste and stick it around, with corns skin lesions exposed in the middle. Then, align the salicylic acid collodion and stick it on, and fix it. Change the dressing once a day or two. When changing the dressing, cut off the soft and white part on the surface until the corns completely fall off. 3. Brucea javanica tamping and external application can also treat corns, but you must pay attention to protecting the surrounding good skin to avoid damaging the surrounding normal tissues.
