Invasive lung adenocarcinoma is a pathological type of lung cancer. Lung cancer can be divided into many types according to its cell differentiation. The more common types are squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma. Adenocarcinoma is one of the highest incidence types of lung cancer, and lung adenocarcinoma can be divided into pre invasive lesions, including atypical adenomatous hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ, microinvasive adenocarcinoma and invasive adenocarcinoma. Invasive adenocarcinoma of the lung means that the cancer cells have infiltrated into the pulmonary interstitium. Invasive lung adenocarcinoma can be divided into five categories: adherent type, acinar type, papillary type, microemulsion type, solid type with mucus production. Lung adenocarcinoma is more likely to occur in women, and the prognosis is better than other types.
