For the treatment of urticaria, patients can choose drugs for treatment, but it must be used under the guidance of doctors. 1. Antihistamines, H receptor antagonists have good antihistamine and anti other inflammatory mediators. They have good effects in the treatment of various types of urticaria. The commonly used h1 receptor antagonists are chlorphenamine, loratadine, desloratadine, etc. When the treatment alone fails, two different types of h1 receptor antagonists can be used together, or combined with h2 receptor antagonists. 2. Glucocorticoid, as a second-line drug for the treatment of urticaria, is generally used for intravenous drip or oral administration when the antihistamines of severe acute urticaria, urticarial vasculitis, pressure urticaria are ineffective or chronic urticaria is severely stimulated, but long-term use should be avoided. 3. Immunosuppressants can be used when patients with chronic urticaria have an autoimmune basis and the condition is repeated, and the above treatment cannot achieve satisfactory results. Because of the high incidence of side effects of immunosuppressants, they are generally not recommended for the treatment of urticaria.
