Anus valgus is caused by dry stool or damaged muscle tissue around the anus. Anus valgus generally refers to prolapse of hemorrhoids, or edema at the position of external hemorrhoids, which is often associated with dry stool for a long time, overexertion during defecation, and too long use. In addition, it is not ruled out that the anus valgus is due to the surgical treatment of the position of the anus, which damages the muscle tissue around the anus and rectum, thus making the anus not tightly closed, which can be manifested as the condition of anus valgus. There are also some patients who suffer from heavy physical labor, high abdominal pressure, or chronic disease symptoms such as cough, which can lead to excessive pressure in the anus and anus valgus.
