The treatment of early gastric cancer can be endoscopic, including endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic mucosal dissection, or surgical treatment. For locally advanced gastric cancer or early gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis, comprehensive treatment based on surgery can be adopted, and direct radical surgery can be considered. Radical surgery should completely remove the primary focus, and thoroughly clean the regional lymph nodes, or neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery, and then consider radical surgery. Follow up adjuvant treatment plans were determined according to pathological stages after surgery. For patients with recurrent and metastatic gastric cancer, comprehensive treatment based on drug therapy can be adopted, and palliative surgery and radiotherapy can also be carried out. If the patient agrees, it can also assist in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
